Applicant Information

  • Take good care of the customers that members refer to you. Members need to know that their reputations are safe when they refer customers to you. Any negative feed back about the service you provide to a referred customer could prevent you from getting future referrals and jeopardize your membership.
  • Speak positively about other members in public and in private.
  • Don’t gossip or spread rumors.
  • Display and distribute the WSEA Member Directory at your place of business and to all your clients. This is an important part of the referral process. When you are with a customer always ask what other services they may need. This creates an opportunity to refer other WSEA members and handout the WSEA Directory.
  • Treat everyone in the same category with equal respect.
  • Avoid the appearance of being in a clique. While it’s comfortable to spend time with those you know best, it’s actually more advantages to spend time with and get to know those you know the least.  By getting to know new members you expand your referral sources.
